7. 耐SSC、SOHIC和SZC碳钢和低合金的评价和选择

7.1 XUANXIANG1——CAIYONGTIAOKUANA.2XUANZENAISSCGANG(HEZHUTIE)

7.1.1  pH2S<0.3kPa(0.05psi)

对于pH2S一分快三<0.3kPa(0.05psi)环境下耐SSC材料的选择,本部分没有做详细考虑。通常,在这类环境下,不需要专门的预防措施来选择使用的钢材,但是,高敏感性钢还是可能会开裂。影响钢敏感性因素的附加信息以及该条件下发生SSC以外的开裂机制在7.2.1中给出。

7.1.2  pH2S≥0.3kPa(0.05psi)

如果H2一分快三S的分压大于等于0.3kPa(0.05psi),应当按照条款A.2挑选耐SSC钢。
